NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
THESE OFFICIAL RULES (“RULES”) ARE A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN PARTICIPANT AND SPONSOR (DEFINED BELOW) AND GOVERN ENTRY IN THE CONTEST. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, THE PARTICIPANT AGREES TO ABIDE BY THESE RULES. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES, POLICIES, AND PROCEDURES WILL VOID A PARTICIPANT’S ENTRY.
The Contest is subject to these Rules, and by entering, all participants agree to be bound by these Rules. Certain restrictions may apply.
SPONSOR: The sponsor of the Contest is Hair Visions International 5200 NW 33rd Avenue Suite 100, Fort Lauderdale FL 33309 (“Sponsor”).
ENTRY PERIOD: September 1, 2021, through September 1, 2022 (the “Entry Period”).
Eligibility: The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States only. To be eligible, a participant must be at least 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. All federal, state, and local rules and regulations apply. A PARTICIPANT’S ENTRY INTO THE “LOOK TressAllure Fabulous FREE Wig Giveaway.”
WILL BE DEEMED TO BE A REPRESENTATION THAT THE PARTICIPANT IS 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter the “LOOK TressAllure Fabulous FREE Wig Giveaway,” during the Entry Period, a participant must fill out the entry form accurately and in totality located on lookfab.co/contest and must agree to the Terms & Conditions of the “LOOK TressAllure Fabulous FREE Wig Giveaway” contest.
One entry per person is allowed.
WINNER SELECTION: One (1) Winner will be chosen at random after the “Entry Period.” The winner will be messaged by a TressAllure team member from a @hairvisions email account. The winner will be notified the following day after the last day of the “Entry Period”. To accept the prize, the winner will need to respond with their free wig selection, contact information, and mailing address via email within 3 days of contact. If the 1st chosen winner does not respond within the 3-day period, then a new winner will be chosen.
PRIZE: One (1) Winner will receive one (1) wig of their choice in their chosen color (subject to availability) from the brand TressAllure. All federal, state, local, and any other taxes are the responsibility of the Winner. Prizes are not transferrable and no substitutions are permitted. Returns and exchanges of the Prize are not allowed. If Winner tries to return or exchange the Prize, the Prize will be returned to the Winner at their cost. Prize allowances are at the discretion of the Sponsor based on inventory availability. ARV of all prizes: $210.
LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY: Releasees will not be liable to Winners or any other person for failure to supply any prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation (s), order(s), or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s) regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work-slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s control.
GENERAL: By entering this Giveaway, participants agree that the Releasees shall not be liable for any liability, claims, lawsuits, causes of action, personal injuries, death, damages, expenses or costs or losses of any kind resulting from, arising from, or in connection with this Contest, participation or inability to participate in this Contest or acceptance of, misuse of, defect in, use of or inability to use the prize or parts thereof, including, without limitation, claims, suits, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light (whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory. Winner’s release from any and all liability and responsibility with respect to the prize (including any property loss, damage, personal injury, or death). Winners acknowledge that neither Sponsor nor the Releasees have neither made nor is in any manner responsible for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact, or in law, related to the prize.
If for any reason, this Contest may not be conducted as planned by reason of any entry that, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, false and/or deceptive entries or acts, including the use of automated launching, voting or entry software shall render such entries ineligible and the participant will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest or any portion thereof. In the event, this Contest is canceled, terminated, modified or suspended, Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to select Winner from remaining eligible entries or conduct a random drawing to award the prize from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received before the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension.
INFORMATION USE AND DISCLOSURE: By entering into this Giveaway, the entrant acknowledges the Sponsor’s Information Collection, Use, and Disclosure Policies. The use of the information submitted and used via this Giveaway is outlined as follows:
(a) Internal Use. We use your personal information to process your order and provide you with customer service. We may internally use your personal information to improve the Sites’ content and layout, to improve outreach and for our own marketing efforts (including marketing our services and products to you), and to determine general marketplace information about visitors to the Site. In order to facilitate such use and the other use described in this Section 2, we may share your information with affiliates under Hair Visions International’s control.
(b) Communications with You: We will use your personal information to communicate with you about the Site and your orders and deliveries. Also, we may send you a confirmation email when you register with us. We may send you a service-related announcement on rare occasions when it is necessary (for example, if we must temporarily suspend our service for maintenance.) Also, you may submit your email address for reasons such as to register for a contest or sweepstakes; to request us to notify you of new brands, new product styles, or product sizes; or to sign up for email newsletters and special offers. If you submit your email address, we use it to deliver the information to you. We always permit you to unsubscribe or opt-out of future emails (see the opt-out section, below, for more details). Because we have to communicate with you about orders that you choose to place, you cannot opt out of receiving emails related to your orders.
(c) External Use. We want to provide you with excellent service and to offer you a great selection. We do not sell, rent, trade, license, or otherwise disclose your specific personal information or financial information to anyone other than to affiliates Hair Visions control, except that:
(i) As do most fashion beauty companies, we sometimes use others to perform specific functions on our behalf. When we disclose information to these service providers, we disclose information to help them to perform their service. For example, in order to deliver products to you, we must share some information. We partner with third parties (such as United Parcel Service and the United States Postal Service) to ship products, to ensure delivery, and so that we can obtain feedback, improve the quality of our service, and measure and improve the quality of the service of the third party. In the example of shippers, we provide them some personally identifiable information such as your name, shipping address, email, and phone number.
(ii) Similarly, to help you buy products and provide customer service to you, we must provide your credit card number to financial-services corporations such as credit-card processors and issuers. When we submit your credit card number for authorization, we use state-of-the-art data encryption to protect your information. (More on this below in Data Security.)
(iv) We may disclose such information in response to requests from law enforcement officials conducting investigations; subpoenas; a court order; or if we are otherwise required to disclose such information by law. We also will release personal information where disclosure is necessary to protect our legal rights, enforce our Terms of Use or other agreements, or to protect ourselves or others. For example, we may share information to reduce the risk of fraud or if someone uses or attempts to use the Site for illegal reasons or to commit fraud.
(v) We will not sell (or trade or rent) personally identifiable information to other companies as part of our regular course of business. However, it’s possible that we might acquire or merge with or be acquired by another company or that we might dispose of some or all of our assets. If that happens, your personal information may be disclosed to another company, but that disclosure will be subject to the Privacy Policy in effect.
(vi) We may share non-personal information (such as the number of daily visitors to a particular web page, or the size of an order placed on a certain date) with third parties such as advertising partners. This information does not directly personally identify you or any user.
By entering in this “LOOK TressAllure Fabulous FREE Wig Giveaway,” you acknowledge the terms and conditions, which entitles the Sponsor to use the submitted data for marketing purposes, and you officially opt-in to the Sponsor’s marketing campaigns.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR AND THE RELEASEES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
